Meet The Team

Clare was part of the original team who founded the  charity in 2015.  Since then she has maintained strategic direction and oversight as Chair and, since 2024, as CEO.    She has a general management background in FTSE 500 companies such as Centrica and O2, and well as experience in charity administration and fundraising.

Patrick is a finance professional with over a decade of experience across audit, commercial finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working with Ernst & Young in Australia and has since held key finance roles within leading blue-chip companies in the UK. Patrick currently serves as a Global Finance Lead at a multinational consumer goods company.

Mark has a mathematics degree and is an accomplished leader who's delivered outstanding Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Loyalty strategies in the hospitality and travel industries.

​Victoria works in the Training Division of Hewlett Packard and has extensive experience in running activities for young people. She previously served as Division Commander and a Trustee of the Guiding movement and bring considerable knowledge of safeguarding and best practices.

Magdalene had an extensive career in the hospitality industry across Asia Pacific. She holds advanced academic credentials from prestigious Australian Universities, including a postgraduate degree in Management. Currently, Magdalene is pursuing the "Dingley Promise" Early Years course to gaining specialized knowledge in the SEND field. From receiving support to becoming part of the supportive community, she hopes to bring valuable perspectives to supporting other families.

David is a qualified lawyer with 12 years of experience advising a range of clients on corporate matters and disputes. He currently works in the insurance industry and was previously a school governor.
